Kontrol kualitas di setiap tahap kritis

Pemeriksaan kualitas dilakukan dari inspeksi material yang masuk melalui produksi dan pengiriman. Pengujian yang tersedia termasuk kinerja optik, penyisipan dan kehilangan kembali, inspeksi wajah akhir, kekuatan tarik, siklus suhu, penuaan dan pengujian semprotan garam di mana diperlukan oleh spesifikasi produk.

Sistem terdokumentasi dan verifikasi independen

Sistem manajemen dan produksi kami didukung oleh sertifikasi ISO 9001, ISO 14001 dan ISO 45001. Materi audit pihak ketiga tersedia untuk membantu tim pengadaan memverifikasi identitas manufaktur dan kemampuan pengoperasian kami. Berikut ini adalah laporan audit pabrik di tempat 2024 untuk "Made in China." Selanjutnya, pada periode 2025-2026, pabrik meningkatkan kemampuan manufakturnya, meningkatkan jumlah jalur produksi dari 13 menjadi 21.
